If you can't find the answer, please submit a ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We have a high volume of applicants each week, so please allow us a couple of hours to respond and avoid creating more than one ticket for the same subject.

How does tickets works? Tickets are similar to emails. When you submit a ticket, you'll receive a notification with a public link to view the status of your ticket. You can click on this link to see the status of your ticket. Otherwise, please wait and you'll receive a response from us soon. You will receive different links for each of the different tickets that you create. To be able to see all the tickets that you've created under a single roof, you can create an account on the helpdesk portal (Freshdesk) as well. The activation link will be sent to you when you create a ticket for the first time and then you can log in to see the status of all of your tickets.
Do I have to create an account to see my tickets? Please note that it's not compulsory to create an account, as your tickets will be visible publicly and you'll receive a response from us through your email inbox anyway.
